The Town of Twisp has executed a contract with the Okanogan County Sheriff's Office (OCSO) for Law Enforcement response.

Non-emergency: 509-422-7232 or 1-800-572-6604. This 800 number will only work if dialed from within the 509 area code.

The purpose of the Twisp Police Department is the protection of life; the preservation of peace; the safeguarding of constitutionally guaranteed rights; the protection of property; enforcement of laws and ordinances; and execution of orders by the courts, in the service of the people we are sworn to protect.

Public Fingerprinting
Fingerprinting is done by appointment only. Please call the Twisp Police Department, 509-997-6112 ext. 581. Entrance through the Town Hall door. The fee beginning January 2024 is $25.00 per card.
Paper Service
As of January 2024, call the Okanogan County Sheriff's Office (OCSO) at 509-422-7232, to establish service within the Town of Twisp's limits. Fee is $40.00 per attempt to deliver.
Civil Standby
All civil standbys must be ordered by the court. Citizen requests are no longer allowed.
