Planning and Zoning

Guiding the Community of Twisp by Planning Wisely, Consistently and Assisting Professionally

The Twisp Planning Department is responsible for regulating current and long-range land use developments by implementing the policies and regulations established by Twisp Town Council and the State of Washington. The Planning Department also analyzes and prepares reports on various types of land use applications, such as variances, zoning subdivisions, conditional uses and site plans. The primary customers of the Planning Department are citizens, property owners business owners and developers.
