Planning and Zoning

Guiding the Community of Twisp by Planning Wisely, Consistently and Assisting Professionally

Twisp Planning and Zoning Division is responsible for regulating current and long-range land use developments by implementing the policies and regulations established by Twisp City Council and the State of Washington. The Planning Division also analyzes and prepares reports on various types of land use applications, such as variances, zoning subdivisions, conditional uses and site plans. The primary customers of the Planning Division are developers, citizens, property owners and business owners.
